Natsuki Kikuya is a saké educator and sommelier and is the founder of The Museum of Saké, a saké education and promotion agency based in the UK. She is the co-developer of the WSET Level 3 Award in saké and teaches at the WSET School in London. In 2015 she was awarded the title Saké Samurai from the Japanese government for her services to the drink.
