Nichole Accettola

Nichole Accettola has worked as a chef for decades in Denmark and the United States. Now based in San Francisco, she owns and operates Kantine, a warm and welcoming eatery inspired by the everyday meals and traditions of Scandinavia. Kantine has garnered glowing reviews from the San Francisco Chronicle, Time Out, and Eater, and is known for its thoughtful, modern interpretations of classic Scandinavian dishes. Nichole is also the author of the IACP award–winning baking book Scandinavian from Scratch.
