Lucy Rycroft

Lucy Rycroft is mom to four children ages 11 to 16, who arrived through both birth and adoption. She’s married to Al, a church leader in beautiful York, England, where they make their home with their kids and their crazy cockapoo called Monty.

Lucy is the founder of The Hope-Filled Family, a ministry encouraging Christian parents, carers, and all those investing in the younger generation. She is the author of several books for adults and children, including Busy Family Devotional and the Mighty Girl, Mighty God series, which teaches younger children the fabulous stories of the female Bible heroes in beautiful rhyme (hers) and vibrant illustrations (not hers).

Lucy recently returned part-time to the classroom, her career prior to having kids, where she teaches music to 11-to-18-year-olds.

Parents, you can follow Lucy on Instagram @thehopefilledfamily for daily encouragement, or sign up for friendly Friday emails on her website, thehopefilledfamily.com.
