Nikki Fotheringham

NIKKI FOTHERINGHAM lives in the woods in central Ontario with her husband and a very bad dog. She grows flowers in the meadow which are turned into beautiful edible products she sells in the small farm store in the backyard. She owns the community newspaper that serves the dreamy rural village of Warkworth, population 700. When she's not in the garden, she's in her kitchen, brewing up new recipes made from foraged local ingredients and (of course) flowers! Nikki has written several cookbooks.
