PAILIN CHONGCHITNANT was born and raised in Thailand. After attending the University of British Columbia, she made her way to Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco, and began cooking for both Western and Thai restaurants. She is the creator and host of the phenomenally popular YouTube cooking show Hot Thai Kitchen, with millions of subscribers. Pai’s debut cookbook, the original Hot Thai Kitchen, won a silver Taste Canada award and was an international bestseller. She followed this with the international bestseller Sabai. Pai lives in Vancouver with her husband and son.
