In her uplifting debut picture book, WNBA superstar and record-setting basketball player Caitlin Clark shows how our family, friends, and teammates make us EXTRAordinary.

I look in the mirror, and what do I see?
A special reminder to be the best me.

In this thoughtful rhyming picture book, Caitlin Clark shares a personal message about the foundation of her success on and off the basketball court: that love and joy matter most. Because what’s truly important in life—what deserves our EXTRA time and EXTRA attention—are the people surrounding us.

Complete with vibrant illustrations and a beautiful message for readers of all ages, EXTRAordinary is a heartwarming reminder to cherish the ones we love. Our friends, family, teammates, and neighbors help us believe in ourselves, and if we treasure the moments with them, our lives, too, will be wonderfully EXTRA.
Caitlin Clark is a dynamic basketball player who has captured attention across generations as a transcendent athlete shattering records on and off the court. Her logo threes, visionary passing, and competitive spirit, combined with her humble kindness, have skyrocketed her to the heights of global popularity. Picked first in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever, she was named the 2024 Rookie of the Year, is a two-time WNBA All-Star, and was named Time’s Athlete of the Year in 2024. During her college career with the Iowa Hawkeyes, Clark led her team to back-to-back NCAA Championship appearances and set the NCAA Division I all-time scoring record, men’s or women’s. Committed to giving back to children and her communities, she founded the Caitlin Clark Foundation, which is dedicated to empowering youth through nutrition, education, and sport.
