From the creator of nichijou comes a new slapstick comedy series about a penniless college student who moves to a town filled with bizarre people.

Niikura tries to catch Nagumo in a compromising position. The Tekaridake Theatre Troupe tries to recruit a new member, as Niikura recruits help in finding her still-missing pendant. A night full of shooting stars gives the residents of Sweet Olive Manor something to wish for, and Ecchan and Matsuri hatch a plan to bring about world peace. But a few folks have very close calls with the Grim Reaper…
"Some of the funniest humor in life is the nonsensical. To take a serious moment and reduce it into a ridiculous situation can calm the soul and help add a little perspective on life. That is what CITY by Keiichi Arawi is all about. […] If you enjoy the absurd or like being reminded that life can be entertaining even when it seems boring, this is the manga for you.” — Adventures in Poor Taste
Keiichi Arawi (1977-) is a professional comic artist and illustrator. Originally from Gunma, Japan, he was raised in the city of Maebashi. By the time he was 19 he entered the world of comics drawing short stories for Media Factory's Comic Flapper (My Neighbor Seki, 7 Billion Needles). While his first series KazeMachi was short-lived it caught the attention of one of the bigger publishers in Japan, Kadokawa Publishing.

His short "Nichijou" won Kadokawa's 22nd ACE Award for New Artists and by November 2006 Nichijou was regularly serialized in Kadokawa's flagship magazine Shonen Ace. Nichijou has since then sold more than a million copies and has seen cartoon and video game adaptations.
