Little is known about the artist, or possibly pair of talents, behind the name Ryoh Yasohachi but there is no denying the budding skill coming from this source. Yasohachi debuted in the world of self-publishing in 2005 with works combining romance with action and dark angsty themes. But soon Yasohachi was scouted by traditional comics publishers eventually working on video game adaptations for the immensely popular Persona series. With the success of that comic collection, Yasohachi moved on to work with avant-garde comics publisher enterbrain where titles such as Immortal Hounds and series UwaGaki (Over-Written) to critical acclaim.
