From filing stories from a yacht in Antarctica to writing features from a swag in Australia’s Simpson Desert, Jo has worked on expeditions to some of the world’s most isolated, unforgiving places, including Shackleton: Death or Glory, a documentary project screened worldwide on Discovery Channel, SBS and PBS.
