In the first story, ‘Big Top’, the Penguins (who are working at the Afro Circus) recruit a new circus act – Claude the Clown. But soon, the other regular acts are sabotaged and they quit! Is something sinister going on…?

In the 2nd story, ‘Operation: Heist’, mad-bad villain Clepto the Pigeon is causing all sorts of trouble in London, including hypnotising and kidnapping Rico!
