Take Two Fat Quarters - Home has 16 gorgeous projects for the home which would also make excellent gifts for friends and family. The Spa Slippers are amazing, as is the Flower Power pillow, but each project is beautifully presented with full instructions and handy hints and tips to get the best results from your sewing. Each page has full colour photographs with step by step instructions and techniques. There is a pattern sheet included and an abundance of helpful information, from tools to adding bias binding. These books are fabulous for a beginner, but if course the advanced sewist can adapt each project to personalise them for their specific requirements. Highly recommended by me! 5*/5

She has held the role of editor at several leading sewing magazines, including Vogue Patterns and Sewing World; written 17 books, most recently The Great British Sewing Bee: From Style to Stitch; presented nearly a dozen DVDs on sewing; and is a Craftsy.com tutor.
