From Step 2: Be Hopeful

Put your hope to work:

Hope is more of a skill than a feeling.
You need to practice it to experience it.

Here's how:
If you get worried, scared, or frustrated,
think, "This has to get better soon."
Then do one thing to make that happen.
Over and over.
Until your hope has a momentum all its own.
