He has 15+ years of personal training, coaching, education, and club management experience at Asphalt Green, Equinox, Cando Fitness, and American Leisure. David earned a BS in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland, and is a respected presenter and coach for a number of professional training seminars along the East Coast, including elitefts.com's Learn to Train series.
