Her world-traveling foodie family inspired her love of flavor and cooking, and her kombucha-brewing mom sparked her interest in food’s healing “magic.” For the past 10 years, she has pursued her curiosity about holistic nutrition through independent study and all the teaching she can access, and she shares that journey on her social media channels.
