Maya A. Howard is a wellness writer, plant-based recipe developer, and digital content creator from Inglewood, California. She is the founder of Maya’s Healthy Day, an online destination that inspires, empowers, and educates women of color to live healthy and purpose-driven lives. She is a self-taught home cook who discovered a unique talent for transforming plants into culinary indulgences after adopting a plant-based diet in 2014.
