Hailing from Los Teques, Venezuela, James Tahhan developed a love for cooking at a very early age. After coming to the U.S. as a teen, Tahhan began learning skills in the kitchen and eventually graduated from one of America’s most prestigious culinary schools, Le Cordon Bleu. A specialist in international cuisine and pastries, Tahhan has a passion for inspiring cooks of all levels to feel comfortable and confident with his simple and savory recipes. Tahhan is currently a co-host on the Emmy winning morning show, Un Nuevo Día, and an exclusive columnist for People en Español.
