Be inspired to take your next adventure—practical tips, fresh ideas, and stories to spark wanderlust.

There is no one way to road trip. From introspective solo journeys to romantic weekend getaways, friend-filled excursions, and more, Road Trips presents eight stories that highlight different ways to explore the world. Packed with photos and personal experiences, this inspiring and practical book also has key tips for enhancing every part of your trip, from getting out the door (with essential tips on packing and eating on the road—including recipes for car snacks) to taking in new experiences (with ideas for journaling and photographing) and bringing memories from the road back home (through creative collecting).

Road Trips
is the perfect guide to inspire a life of travel. Enrich your life, deepen your relationships, and discover the world around you—it’s all just a road trip away.
"The open road, the possibility of getting lost in nature, the curiosity of who we will meet... In Road Trips, Jen brings the romanticism of the road to practice through her practical advice, recipes, and breathtaking photographs. Not only can we live vicariously through Jen's adventures but also get us ready for our own."—Aran Goyoaga, creator of Cannelle et Vanille and author of Small Plates & Sweet Treats

"Ah, road trips. Just the phrase evokes so many memories and so many more possibilities. Jen CK Jacobs has managed to distill that feeling in a book. Like the travel version of Marie Kondo’s Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up, Jen breaks travel planning down--from packing to car readiness--and makes it all seem feasible. But the greatest importance of Road Trips lies in its clear-sighted encouragement to travel more, no excuses and no plane ticket needed. In a world of worries, road trips (perhaps one this very weekend!), offer much needed respite for us all."—Maryam Montague, author of Marrakesh by Design

"Jacobs’ personal, attractively illustrated, and readable guide to planning, enjoying, and documenting road trips also includes handy before-you-go checklists and helpful tips."—Booklist
