On Hulu April 7: Tiny Beautiful Things

By Kat La Mantia | March 31 2023 | BlogAllPop CultureAdultsGeneral

Coming April 7, an adaptation of Cheryl Strayed’s bestselling collection of her “Dear Sugar” advice columns, Tiny Beautiful Things, will be streaming on Hulu!

Kathryn Hahn stars as a writer, Clare, who becomes a revered advice columnist while her own life is falling apart. As she balances her crumbling marriage and being a mom to her teenage daughter, Clare takes on the “Dear Sugar” column and finds healing for herself just as much as she does for her readers. Her life unfurls in a complex fabric of memory, exploring her most pivotal moments from childhood through present day, and excavating the beauty, struggle, and humor in her unhealed wounds. Through Sugar, Clare forms a salve for her readers – and for herself – to show us that we are not beyond rescue, that our stories can ultimately save us. And, perhaps, bring us back home.
